Cosmetologist, educator, and co-owner of ECHC, Matt believes healthy hair starts at the scalp. He takes a holistic approach to encourage your hair’s overall health for longterm success. He offers an array of services including haircuts, styling services, and personalized treatments. In Matt’s chair, integrity is of the utmost importance.

A natural haircare veteran, Mya has been providing her services to men, women, and children from NYC to PA for over 20 years. Our resident comedian (as we like to call her) loves to enter contests creating hairstyles ranging from dramatic to playful and anywhere in between. Mya specializes in braids, twists, and silk press blow outs.

With 20 years of experience under her belt, Sarah is a multitalented force in the beauty industry. A former educator and makeup artist for Tarte Cosmetics, Sarah has a vault of knowledge and experience to cater to your needs as a specialist in makeup artisty, eyelash lifting, brow tint + lamination, and facial waxing.

Since the age of 17, Shannon has been loving her view from behind the chair! In addition to being a valuable part of the ECHC team, this Empire Beauty School grad holds a position as a Cosmetology Educator at the Career Institute of Technology. Shannon loves getting into blondes, vivids, and all things corrective color.

Stephanie is a multifaceted artist who thoroughly enjoys working on big color projects. Her vast expertise can range anywhere from natural blondes to high impact vivid work. Some of her additional specialities are color corrections, balayage, and razor cutting. To add to her abilities behind the chair, Stephanie is also a certified Make-Up Designory master artist graduate. She loves connecting with people one on one and truly values being personable with her clients.

Aveda Institute grad Scarlett prioritizes natural ingredients for all things haircare. Scarlett specializes in curly & textured hair cutting, providing detoxifying and hydrating treatments to give all curls the opportunity to be as happy and healthy as possible. She enjoys doing low maintenance, lived in color while also always excited to take on a full transformation vivid project. Scarlett opens up her chair to be the space for one to destress, decompress and find that bit of zen in your day.

Alyssa is a 2021 Metro Beauty Academy graduate obsessed with all things color. She is a passionate artist with years of art centered classes under her belt, so it’s safe to say creativity is her calling. Your head is her canvas! Specializing in vivids, lived-in color, and formal styling, she is also well versed in blondes, highlights, and hand painted balayge.
